Shelly Schmit is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Cairn Partners since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shelly held the position of Sales Relationship Manager at Batesville Casket Company. Additionally, Shelly garnered extensive experience as a Sales Consultant at Forethought Financial Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2006. Shelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
