Richard Feist

Website Implementation Project Manager Team Lead at Batesville

Richard Feist has extensive experience in the field of technology and support roles. Richard began their career as a Technology Aide at Batesville Primary School in 2004, where they were responsible for setting up computer systems and assisting teachers with technology instruction. In 2005, they joined Saint John the Baptist School as a Computer Teacher & Technology Coordinator, where they taught computer skills to Kindergarten through 8th graders and trained teachers on incorporating technology in the classroom. Richard then moved on to AscendSMS in 2015, initially working as a Customer Support Specialist, providing email and phone support to schools on the use of the AscendSMS program and training teachers and administrators. In 2016, they were promoted to Customer Support Manager, where they managed the support department and reported to the president and COO on the success of the support system. Feist joined Batesville in 2017, first as a Technology Support Specialist and later as a Website Implementation Project Manager. Richard is currently the Website Implementation Project Manager Team Lead.

Richard Feist attended Thomas More University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer Science.
