Timothy Pratt is a highly experienced facilities management professional with a robust background in overseeing operations and technology integration across various institutions. Current roles at Bates College since February 2018 include Director of Facility Services Operations and interim leadership positions, focusing on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Work Control and technology alignment. Previously, Timothy served as IWMS Manager at the University of Maine System, facilitating effective communication in work order management, and as Facilities Services Manager at the University of Southern Maine, where responsibilities included process improvement and customer service.
