Joy Huang is currently an Advising Fellow at Matriculate, supporting high-achieving, low-income high school students in their college journeys. In addition, Joy is engaged in a Heartland Job Shadow, gaining insights into remote work dynamics in the fintech sector. At Bates College, Joy holds multiple roles, including Culinary Assistant, member of the Bates College Civic Action Team, and Notetaker. Joy also participated as a Scholar in the Aspire Leaders Program, focusing on professional development for low-income and first-in-family college students through coursework from HarvardX. Experience includes shadowing an Investment Banking Analyst at DH Capital, where Joy explored investment banking practices and presented on M&A transactions. Previously, Joy was a Recreation Aide for Great Neck Public Schools, organizing activities for elementary students. Joy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Bates College, expected to graduate in May 2027.
