Thomas L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT solutions and customer care, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Engineering & Customer Care at Batch since May 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas L. held various positions at Amadeus from October 2010 to April 2022, including Head of Airport IT Implementation for the APAC region, where leadership of implementation teams delivered tailored IT solutions across multiple airports. Thomas L. also contributed as Solution Design Manager, leading pre-sales engagements and developing efficient IT solutions, and as a Senior Business Analyst, involved in major product evolutions for a major airline and the implementation project for Caribbean Airlines. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Information Technology Security Engineer at Ministère de la Défense, focusing on secure internet access design. Thomas L. holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole des Mines d'Alès.
