Ryan Miller began their career in 2008 as a Flagger at Kibbler Construction. In 2009, they moved to Target where they worked as a Front End Associate / Pharmacy until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software Tester at ICF International. Since 2014, they have been with basys, inc., first as a Software Developer and later transitioning to roles as a QA Analyst and Software Engineer.

Ryan Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Towson University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Carroll Community College from 2009 to 2010, and also attended Frostburg State University from 2008 to 2009 for the same degree. Ryan obtained their GED in General Studies from Francis Scott Key High School from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2017. Ryan's other certification, CFTL, does not have any specified institution or date of completion.
