Kati Fratesi, PHR, has extensive experience in talent strategy and recruitment, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Strategy at Basis Technologies since March 2019. Previously, Kati held various positions at Optiver from July 2014 to March 2019, including Talent Partner for Trading and Trading Recruiting Lead. Kati's earlier career includes roles at Delta Gamma and Moffitt Cancer Center, as well as leadership positions at the University of South Florida, where Kati earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
