Nicole Boran is a Regeneration Officer at Basildon Borough Council since November 2021, following a tenure as a National Management Trainee with the National Graduate Development Programme for Local Government from 2020 to November 2021. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Coordinator at Serve Legal Ltd and as an Administrative Assistant at Dublin Mortgage Company, as well as an involvement with Thurrock Council's Head Start Housing program, aimed at supporting Care Leavers. Additional roles involved work experience in Real Estate Finance at RBS and leading a team at NCS Group. Nicole Boran is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at UCL and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen Mary University of London.
