Suzanne Williams possesses a strong background in operations and customer support, currently serving as Operations Manager Customer Support at Basic-Fit since April 2022. Previously, Suzanne gained extensive experience at Guidion from April 2016 to April 2022, holding various managerial roles, including Operationeel Manager SD and Operationeel Manager - Technische Helpdesk Coax. Prior to Guidion, Suzanne completed an internship at Randstad in recruitment from November 2014 to February 2016. Additional experience includes working as a topsporter at STAP team from 2010 to August 2015 and interning at ROC van Amsterdam and Dutch Casting Agency. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and studied Marketing, Communication, and Event Organization at Johan Cruyff College.
