Tugsat G. has over two decades of experience in procurement, facility management, and operations within notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Facility Management at BASF since October 2011, Tugsat has successfully led procurement initiatives and managed regional facility operations across Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the Middle East. Previous roles at BASF include head positions in procurement and facility management, where Tugsat implemented cost-efficient workplace solutions and major procurement projects. Prior to BASF, experience included positions at Cognis, where Tugsat managed sales and operations planning and oversaw integration projects, and Henkel, focusing on warehouse management. Tugsat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University and Yildiz Technical University.
