Trish Wilson serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at BASF since April 2023, following an extensive tenure as Managing Partner at McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C. from December 2015 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at EAPD Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (January 2009 - May 2013), Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP (August 2005 - December 2008), and McDermott Will & Emery LLP (January 2004 - August 2005). Trish Wilson earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University between 2000 and 2003 and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Colgate University from 1996 to 2000.
