Neil Kay is an experienced professional in the agricultural solutions sector, currently serving as Vice President for Agricultural Solutions EMEA West at BASF. Previous roles include Business Director for Agricultural Solutions UK & Ireland and Head of Marketing for Agricultural Solutions North Europe at BASF. Neil has also held the position of Managing Director at Nunhems UK Ltd and was involved in various leadership roles at BTC Europe, including Head of Business Management Europe for the Coatings Industry and European Sales Manager. Neil began their career as an Account Manager at IMCD Group. An alumnus of The University of Manchester, Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and further developed professional skills at London Business School in 2011.
