Florian Schaefer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Country Manager for Automotive Refinish Coatings at BASF, Florian has held various significant roles including Staff to Board Member in Project Management and Vegetable Seeds Integration Lead for North America. Prior experience includes management responsibilities at Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main eG and product management at Andreas STIHL, as well as a supply chain internship at Kiekert de México.
