Bret Bement is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and business excellence, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain for Petrochemicals in North America at BASF. Previously, Bret held the position of Global Business Manager for Enzymes in Care Chemicals and served as a Strategic Business Partner in Business Excellence at BASF. Experience includes roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals as Director of Product Management for the Plastics Industry in NAFTA and Global Product Manager for Process and Lubricant Additives. Bret also worked as a Sales Account Manager at Solutia Inc. and began a career as a Process Engineer at Monsanto Co.
