Javier Cárdaba is an experienced professional in the Information Technologies sector, currently serving as Director at BaseTIS since October 2014, where a focus is placed on initiative, teamwork, commitment, and goal orientation. Previously, Javier held the position of Director of Data Management & Governance at Synergic Partners, contributing to strategic and technological consultancy aimed at enhancing customer insight and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include serving as CRM Upgrade Project Manager Office lead at Eurostaff Group Ltd for Japan Tobacco International, overseeing technical and delivery aspects of major projects, and various positions at everis, culminating as Manager responsible for business development and project delivery in banking and telecom sectors.
