Hossein Hamid is a Machine Learning and AI developer at Basemap since February 2021, focusing on developing algorithms for electric vehicle energy consumption forecasting and analyzing driver data for insights. Previously, Hossein served as a Machine Learning & Data Specialist at the FAIR-SPACE Hub, where skills in RNNs, CNNs, and DNNs were utilized to create fault detection models for autonomous systems. Earlier experience includes analyzing oil well performance as an Operations Performance Analyst at Aka and working as a Petroleum Production Engineer at NISOC, where simulation techniques were employed for flow assurance and gas injection optimization. Hossein holds a Master’s degree in Business Data Analytics from the University of Surrey and another Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Sahand University of Technology.
