Kacper Rozenbaum is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce, retail, technology, and private equity. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Base.com since November 2022, Kacper previously held significant positions such as General Manager for Opontia in Poland and Head of International Sales at Allegro, the largest e-commerce marketplace in Central and Eastern Europe. Kacper's consulting experience includes roles as Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on restructuring and turnarounds across various industries and geographies. Kacper holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, complemented by international experience obtained during studies in Lisbon and internships in investment banking and legal sectors.
