The Leadership Team at Basecamp Resorts is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the company. This team includes the President of Operations, who ensures smooth day-to-day functioning across all properties; the Co-founder and VP of Marketing, who spearheads branding and marketing initiatives; the Vice President of Operations, who handles operational strategy and efficiency; the Chief Financial Officer, who manages the financial health and planning; and the CEO and Owner, Sky McLean, who provides visionary leadership and overall business direction. Together, they work to maintain and expand Basecamp Resorts' presence in Western Canada's premier mountain destinations.
