Naslha Espinal, M.Arch has diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Naslha has held various roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Director - Interior Design and Marketing at Base4 - Architects, Engineers, Designers since December 2019. As a Regional Director, they were responsible for overseeing certain departments within the organization from January 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Team Leader - Architecture and Architectural Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining Base4, they were a Co-Founder, Partner & Architect at LANE STUDIO SRL. Additionally, they worked as an Urban Zoning and Processing Manager at the Department of Urban Planning - O.M.P.U, where they were responsible for evaluating requisitions and expediting recommendations on land use permits in Santiago de los Caballeros.

Naslha gained experience as a Project Assistant, Draftsman, and Foreign Relations Coordinator at das arquitectura, and also served as a Teaching Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Furthermore, they were the President of ADEARQ, where they provided event planning and academic support to the student body of the School of Architecture.

Ms. Espinal also worked as a Finishing Supervisor at ROCOINSA SRL, where they supervised construction activities and ensured high-quality finishing for housing towers.

Naslha Espinal, M.Arch has a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from Universidade da Coruña, which was earned between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, completing their studies from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Naslha has also pursued various certifications and professional development courses. Naslha has completed certifications in Construction Management: Concrete Construction and Construction Management: Reading Drawings & Specifications from LinkedIn in September 2020. In May 2017, Naslha completed a certification in Project Management Techniques for Development Professionals from edX, and in April 2017, they obtained a certification in Ecodesign for Cities and Suburbs, also from edX. Prior to their formal education, they completed a certification in Furniture Design from Chavón | La Escuela de Diseño in November 2016.
