Hùng Phan currently works at Base.vn in Business & Community Development since December 2023. Previously, Hùng was a Priority Relationship Management Trainee at Techcombank from November 2022 to October 2023, where management of 200 Priority customers resulted in a 15% boost in cross-sales and a 10% improvement in the financial position of the portfolio. Hùng also gained experience as a Customer Service Executive at Booking.com from June 2022 to September 2022, effectively handling numerous customer complaints and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues. Hùng holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from International University - VNU HCMC (2018-2021).
