Zach Dell is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in various industries. Currently, Zach serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Base Power Company since June 2023. Prior to this role, Zach was an investor at Thrive Capital from September 2021 to August 2023, and held a position in private equity at Blackstone from June 2020 to July 2021. As the founder of Sqwatt, Zach led operations from September 2016 to January 2020, and previously founded Thread Dating in July 2013 and Co-Founded Camp Spark. Zach gained experience as a summer analyst at The Blackstone Group in June 2019 and as a summer intern at MSD Capital, L.P. in 2018. Zach holds a degree in Social Sciences, with a focus on Psychology and Economics, from the University of Southern California, graduating in 2019.
