Maureen Stancik Boyce is an experienced entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Maureen is the managing partner and founder of Good Growth Capital, an early stage venture capital firm known for its exceptional expertise in finding, cultivating and assessing complex science and technology start-ups. Prior to Good Growth Capital, Maureen was a mentor for the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund, where they helped student-initiated entrepreneurship ideas grow and thrive. Before that, they were a co-founder and partner at Ignition Ventures, where they helped found 18 startups. Maureen is majority women- and minority-owned and is uniquely positioned geographically in both the Southeast and New England.

Maureen Stancik Boyce has a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Ocean Systems Management, which they received in 1995. Maureen also has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, which they received in 1993. Finally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
