Kenya Nyota Lee, Ed.D., serves as the Chief of Staff at Baruch College since September 2004, focusing on strategic initiatives, project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning. In addition, Kenya Nyota Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Nyota Lee, LLC, offering career and life strategy consultations to women and women of color professionals. Previous experiences include roles at Marymount Manhattan College as the Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College and at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, as the Assistant to the Executive Director of Information Resources. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Queens College, and a certificate from the CUNY Executive Leadership Training Program.
