Joyce Mays has extensive experience in program coordination and guest relations, currently serving as a Program Coordinator for Bartow County Government since June 2006, where responsibilities include coordinating personnel activities, training staff, and managing budget requests and grant proposals. Previously, Joyce held positions at GBA - Governor's Mansion from January 2016 to November 2018, focusing on customer service and guest entertainment during significant events. Earlier work experience includes serving as an Activity Director at Ethica Health & Retirement Communities from January 2001 to June 2006, where planning activities for residents was essential, and working in specialty care at Pruitt Corporation from February 1996 to January 2001. Joyce Mays completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Human Services from Shorter University in 2015.
