Julie-Karel (JK) Elkin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law, compliance, and operations. Currently serving as a Partner at Barton LLP since July 2021, Elkin previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where responsibilities included executive legal operations and small business counsel. A former Partner at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, Elkin focused on business, privacy, security, and compliance. Prior roles as CEO/General Counsel at ADS Brentwood, Inc. and COO/General Counsel at Macrophage International, Inc. involved managing legal representation and operational strategies for multimillion-dollar ventures. Elkin also served as Compliance & Legal Consultant for Objective Clinical, LLC, after a tenure as Managing Partner of the Nashville office at Spicer, Flynn & Rudstrom.
