James Landenberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resource management. At Bartlett & West since February 2004, James has advanced through roles from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager and currently serves as the Water Resources Service Group Leader. Additionally, since July 2017, James has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Burleigh County Water Resource District. Prior experience includes serving as Water Resource Manager for the North Dakota State Water Commission from January 1998 to February 2004. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Water Resources Engineering, from Montana State University-Bozeman, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1997.
