David Straatmann possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Senior Project Engineer at Bartlett & West since June 2013. Prior to that, David was a Senior Structural Engineer with the Missouri Department of Transportation from January 1999 to May 2013. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completing studies there from 1994 to 1998.
