Tracy Olson Macias M.B.A., SPHR, currently serves as the Global Vice President of People at Barry-Wehmiller, overseeing the global people function for the BW Flexible Systems division since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tracy led the Culture and People Development function at Accraply, another Barry-Wehmiller division. As Principal Consultant at Olson Human Capital Advisors LLC, Tracy provided Human Capital expertise from March 2020 to January 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Rise Baking Company and as Vice President, HR Business Partner at McKesson, where human capital strategies were developed for a substantial division. Earlier career roles include Director of Human Resources at McKesson, Employee Relations Manager at Travelers, and Human Resources Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Tracy holds a Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
