Andrew Little, MD, MBA, FAANS, FACS, serves as a Professor of Neurosurgery and Director of the Barrow Skull Base Team at Barrow Neurological Institute since July 2010. Additionally, Andrew Little holds the position of Surgery Director at the Barrow Pituitary Center and works as a Neurosurgeon at Barrow Brain and Spine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Yale University, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Irvine - College of Medicine, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completed in 2022. Andrew Little also received training at Prince of Wales Private Hospital from 2008 to 2009.
