Christi Burling, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People Operations & Resources at Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing since July 2022. Prior to this role, Christi was the Human Resources Manager at Jansen Inc from February to June 2022 and held various positions at Whatcom Transportation Authority from May 2014 to February 2022, including Human Resources Coordinator and Benefits & HRIS Generalist. Christi also worked as the Event & Program Coordinator for the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce from April 2013 to May 2014, focusing on improving the business community and enhancing economic growth. Starting career as the Office Manager at CB Premier Construction from October 2007 to March 2013, responsibilities included HR/Payroll activities and client interactions. Christi earned a Business Administration - DTA degree and a Human Resources Specialist Certificate from Bellingham Technical College between 2019 and 2022.
