Marty Brown serves as the Senior Director of Human Capital Systems & Technology at Barrick Gold Corporation, overseeing global HRIS services, processes, and systems since March 2018. Prior to this role, Marty held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sysomos, where responsibilities included the creation and optimization of essential HR programs. Marty's extensive career also includes roles at BlackBerry, where positions ranged from HR Business Partner to HR Operations Manager, with a focus on program management and employee relations. Marty began the career in HR at Research In Motion as an intern and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
