Katia Toledo is a seasoned coach and organizational development consultant with a robust track record in culture by values and leadership development. Since April 2013, Katia has been an independent consultant at Barrett Values Centre, focusing on executive coaching and cultural diagnostics using the Values Barrett Methodology. Katia previously served as Manager of Culture and Organizational Development at FiBrasil, leading engagement projects that resulted in national recognition as a top workplace in 2022. At Telefônica Brasil, Katia played a pivotal role in a comprehensive cultural transformation project, engaging over 500 leaders and developing a leadership program. Katia holds a degree in Sociology from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André and has further education from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo.
