Timothy Czapla is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project engineering and management. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Barrett Paving Materials Inc. since December 2024, Timothy previously held various roles at HRI, INC. from January 2019 to December 2024, including Project Manager and Sr. Project Engineer, notably working on the Westminster Waste Water Treatment Plant ENR and Biosolids Upgrade project. Previous experience includes serving as a Civil Project Engineer at Barrett Paving Materials, where involvement in multiple projects for the NYS Power Authority and NYSDOT took place, as well as holding positions as AutoCAD Instructor, Estimator/Project Engineer, and Construction Intern in other companies. Timothy holds a degree in Sustainable Construction Management and Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
