Kim Kitchen currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Alteris Private, leading the sourcing and assessment of alternative investment opportunities for wholesale investors since July 2019. In addition to this role, Kim volunteers on the Future Fund Committee at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron. Previously, Kim held the position of Director of Marketing & Distribution at Centennial Property Group from 2012 to 2019, where responsibilities included building marketing capabilities and raising over $500 million for various property funds. Prior to that, Kim was Head of Distribution at Abacus Property Group from 1996 to 2012, contributing to the growth of assets under management to over $2 billion and transforming the company into one of Australia’s largest property groups. Kim’s career began as a Sterling Dealer at Manchester Exchange and Investment Bank from 1992 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a CFP Education Program and a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University.
