Stéphane de Navacelle is currently the Managing Partner at Navacelle, a Paris-based law firm specializing in corporate litigation. Stéphane has been with the company since 2010 and focuses on criminal law, regulatory issues, internal investigations, compliance, complex litigation, and arbitration in New York, London, and Paris.

In addition to their role at Navacelle, Stéphane has held various positions at the Paris Bar Council. Stéphane served as the Bar President délégué for influence through law starting in January 2021. Stéphane was also a member of the Disciplinary review board and the Ethics committee from January 2018 to December 2021, and a member of the Bar Council from January 2017 to December 2019.

Stéphane is currently a member of the Recognition and Reparation Commission at the Commission Reconnaissance et Réparation (CRR). Stéphane has been serving in this role since December 2021.

Stéphane is also a member of the Commission for the fight against mistreatment and abuse and the promotion of well-treatment since January 2019.

Previously, Stéphane worked as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from September 2006 to May 2010. Before that, they were a Litigation Associate at Engel, McCarney & Kenney, LLP from 2004 to 2006. Stéphane started their legal career as an Intern at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in July and August of 2002.

Before entering the legal field, Stéphane worked as an Administrative Aid at the Sénat from January to June 2001. Stéphane also interned at FRENCH CORNUT GENTILLE from October to December 2000.

Furthermore, Stéphane served as a member of the French Independent Committee on Sexual Abuse in the Church (CIASE) from January 2019 to October 2021.

Stéphane de Navacelle completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law at the University of Chicago Law School from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Dual degree in Law (M.I.E.J.A.) at Université Paris Nanterre from 1998 to 2003.
