Tara Smith is a Senior Process Engineer at Barrday Inc. since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in engineering and project management from previous roles. Prior to this, Tara served as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at 3M for 17 years, focusing on extruded polymer optical films in Decatur, AL. Additional experience includes a Project Engineer position at CB & A Project Management, overseeing expansions at a specialty chemical facility, and various engineering roles with TIC - The Industrial Company, CDK Skanska Ltd., Levelton Consultants Ltd., and Campbellwood Restorations Ltd. Tara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metals and Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
