Melissa Pongratz, OD, Dipl. ABO, has extensive experience in optometry, currently serving as an Optometrist at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center since November 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa completed a residency as a Resident Optometrist at Eye Center of Texas, focusing on ocular disease, refractive, and ocular surgery. Previous externships included positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Eyesight Ophthalmic Services, along with an environmental compliance internship at ONEOK. Melissa holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Sciences - Environmental Science and Biological Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
