Nicole L. is a Compensation Analyst with experience at Barnes since July 2021, where Nicole has also held the titles of Total Rewards Specialist and Total Rewards Intern. Prior to this role, Nicole interned at Rowley Spring and Stamping Corporation from June 2019 to July 2021, contributing support on various projects, including internal audits. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where academic achievements included being on the Dean's List in Fall 2017, and completed a Master's of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford. Additionally, Nicole participated in a study abroad program in Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona from 2018 to 2019.
