David Sierra is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious hotels. Since July 2019, David has served as Directeur Hospitality at BARNES and concurrently holds the position of Directeur général at Hotel Manapany since July 2017. Prior to these roles, David was General Manager at The Residence Tunis from July 2010 to June 2017 and Directeur opérations at Hotel Naoura Barriere from February 2007 to June 2010. David's career commenced at Hôtels Barriere, where David worked as Directeur des opérations from November 2000 to January 2007. David holds a Master ICG INM in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Institut Français de Gestion and a BTH in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Sainte Anne.
