Corey Down has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2010, they began working as a Laborer for T.A. Down Construction, where they stayed until 2017. During this time, they also worked as an Owner of C&M Lawn Care from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, Corey worked as a Bartender at Daikers Inn for a few months. In 2017, they joined Barnard Construction and worked as a Project Engineer. Prior to all of this, Corey was a Student at SUNY Delhi from 2014 to 2016.

Corey Down completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the State University of New York at Delhi in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Construction Technology from the same institution in 2016. Corey's high school education was completed at Town of Webb UFSD between 2001 and 2014, but the field of study is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Corey obtained certification in OSHA 30Hour from OSHA in June 2015.
