Linda A. Bell serves as the Provost and Dean of the Faculty at Barnard College since 2012, where Linda also holds the titles of Claire Tow Professor of Economics and Professor of Economics. In addition, Linda A. Bell has been a Public Board Member at BGC Partners since 2012, serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees, and has chaired the ESG Committee and Compensation Committee. Prior roles include a Public Board Member at ELX Futures, L.P., and various academic appointments at Haverford College, Stanford University, University of San Diego, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, Princeton University, and NYU Stern School of Business. Linda A. Bell holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
