Colleen Puleo has extensive experience in project controls and management within the heavy civil construction sector. Currently serving as Project Controls at Barletta Heavy Division, Inc. since April 2019, Puleo focuses on cost control, planning, and delay analysis for large public projects such as highways, bridges, rail, and tunnels, with project values ranging from $20 million to $480 million. Prior to this role, Puleo was Chief Scheduler at LM Heavy Civil Construction from November 2013 to April 2019, overseeing the Planning Group and managing project budgets and labor control. Earlier in the career, Puleo worked as a Project Engineer/Scheduler at Modern Continental Construction, handling project management and planning for the Central Artery Tunnel Project. Colleen Puleo holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Construction Management from Roger Williams University.
