Ranen Jones Burke, SHRM-CP has a diverse professional background, starting as a Planning Intern at Alamance County Planning Department and later taking on roles in the education industry as a Tour Consultant and Senior Tour Consultant at EF Education First. Transitioning into Human Resources, they worked as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, and currently holds the title of Global Talent Manager at Barings. Ranen is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at Georgetown University, building upon their Bachelor's Degree in History and International Studies from Elon University. Their experience showcases a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent strategy development across multiple industries.
