Ben Thatcher is an experienced professional in real estate research and analysis, currently serving as Associate Director for the European Commercial Real Estate Research Team at Barings since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of Capital Markets Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Research & Strategy Analyst at Investa Property Group, and Research Analyst at JLL, where responsibilities encompassed market research across Melbourne's office markets. Additionally, Ben completed the GPT Graduate/Intern Program, gaining insights into various departments such as Research and Asset Management, and started a career as a Research Grants Management Assistant at Macquarie University.
