Daniel Burdick is an experienced professional with a background in microbiology and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Operations Projects Specialist at Barilla Group since May 2020, Daniel performs laboratory analyses to ensure product quality, conducts internal audits for compliance with food safety standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on various projects. Prior to this role, Daniel gained research experience at Iowa State University, focusing on host-microbe interactions and conducting qualitative studies on substance abuse as part of CDC-funded research. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Iowa State University.
