Kenny Bhosale is a Founder at The Bridge and a Leadership Coach & Consultant, helping executive leaders create the right leadership culture. Kenny is also a Leadership Coach at the Institute for Strategic Leadership, coaching and developing leaders in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Kenny was a Business Partner at DivergenThinking and Head of Leadership Development at the Royal New Zealand Navy. Throughout their career, Kenny has shown a passion for leadership development, starting at a young age in the New Zealand Defence Force. Kenny has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Organisational Leadership, Change & Leadership, Naval Architecture, and Systems Engineering Management.
