Paul Julius Martus is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in industrial design and insights management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Insights & Design – Global at Baresque since March 2021, Martus contributes to Australia’s leading distributor and manufacturer of architectural finishes and acoustic solutions. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Insights and Industrial Design at Byrne, where leadership of the Insights & Design Team was pivotal, and Principal Industrial Designer at Newell Brands, focusing on mentorship and innovative concept development. Further experience encompasses positions at American Seating Company as Lead Industrial Designer, along with adjunct faculty roles at Kendall College of Art and Design and College for Creative Studies. Martus holds an MFA in 3D Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art, an MBA Certificate in Design and Innovation Management from Kendall College of Art and Design, and a BFA in Industrial Design/Communication Design from College for Creative Studies.
