Barry Hodge is an experienced project management consultant with a diverse background in leading and implementing various projects across multiple sectors. Currently serving at Barcud since December 2022 and continuing at Learn Projects since September 2017, Barry has held key positions including Project Management Consultant at North Warwickshire Borough Council and Flagship Group. Notably, at Coastal Housing Group, Barry managed the Civica Programme, and at Unite Students, contributed to post-acquisition integration projects. Barry also has experience as a Project Management Coach at Princes Limited and as Head of Project Management at Alliance Homes Group, where leadership of a Business Transformation Change team was a highlight. Earlier career achievements include revitalizing a large programme at Knightstone Housing Association. Barry holds a BA in Project Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
