Ashley Yeager is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for North America at Barco since December 2018, where responsibilities include advising on M&A and corporate matters, litigation, compliance, and contracting across various industries such as healthcare and IT technology. Prior to Barco, Ashley held the position of Counsel at CA Technologies, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, specializing in regulatory and telecommunications issues. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
