Thomas Braden is an experienced professional in strategy and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Performance (COO) and Head of Global Location Strategy at Barclays since July 2016. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Partner and Strategy and Transformation Sector Leader at Arcadis from January 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included leading client services for prominent clients such as HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, and Barclays. Thomas also worked at EY from April 2006 to December 2012 as a Senior Executive in Real Estate Advisory, contributing expertise across Advisory, Corporate Finance, and Assurance in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East, with a focus on the Banking and Real Estate sectors. Thomas holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, attained between 2006 and 2008.
